Become a Residential Support Worker

Our requirments

  • Recognised Minimum Cert IV Qualification with the 3 mandatory top-up units of trauma informed practice modules
  • USI transcript for qualifations completed since 2015
  • Minimum 6 months employment experience within residential care (not volunteering or placements)
  • Mobile Phone with Internet Access (Apple or Android)
  • A Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A Current Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)

Be willing to obtain

  • Current and Clear National Police Check - Unsupervised Access Noted.
  • International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR Refresher
  • Fire Safety Certificate
  • NDIS Working Screening Check
  • Any additional training specified
