Through consultation, representation, and direct service provision, we work alongside families, government, health and community services to deliver safe, consistent support with meaningful outcomes.

Phoenix provides support to at-risk young people living in residential care settings, using a therapeutic approach to ensure their safety, wellbeing and development.

Phoenix supports vulnerable young people in foster care, kinship care, lead tenant and independent living settings to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
NDIS Support Coordination
Phoenix's highly dedicated team of NDIS Support Coordinators work tirelessly to ensure that community and forensic participants are heard and provided with the right supports.
