Youth Out-of-Home Care
Phoenix supports vulnerable young people in foster care, kinship care, lead tenant and independent living settings to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

Phoenix provides support to at-risk young people living in residential care settings, using a therapeutic approach to ensure their safety, wellbeing and development.

Phoenix's highly dedicated team of NDIS Support Coordinators work tirelessly to ensure that community and forensic participants are heard and provided with the right supports.

Our approach

Part of what makes us so successful is the values that guide our behaviour: Honesty, dedication, perfection, ethical integrity. These values are entrenched in every Phoenix employee with the client being at the centre of everything we do Phoenix Specialised Youth & Disability Services works through consultation, representation and service provision to fulfil our mission. We work in partnership with local government, the Health Service, Social Services, other voluntary sector and charitable organisations and anyone else who can benefit from our knowledge and expertise.

We strive to support the wellbeing of others through the engagement of services and community participation. Our friendly staff members create a safe environment for participants through understanding individual needs and two-way communication.
